HIGHLY TALENTED & SKILLED SURFING INSTRUCTORS IN LAHAINA, HAWAII

KEVIN SULLIVAN

Instructor + Owner

A native of the Aloha State, Kevin grew up on the west side of Maui in the old whaling village of Lahaina. Much of what he learned about surfing took place at Honolua Bay, where his cousin not only taught him the basics of surfing, but how to prepare for professional competitions as well.

Starting with the World Qualifying Series in 2008, his professional career has taken him on adventures that circle the globe. Kevin has been on the WSL World Tour since 2009. When he’s not on the World Tour, he pursuers what he loves – teaching others the thrill of surfing on the beautiful island of Maui.

Kevin along with all the Instructors are from Maui, which has given them the knowledge and understanding of the swells, currents, winds, tides, aloha, friendships and the Hawaiian value of the ocean. The perfect combination that will guarantee you have a great time learning how to Surf! Hope to see you in the water.

“If you spend a few days riding the surf with me, you will immeasurably improve your skills. You will also begin to understand why it can be hard to be away from Maui for too long!” – Kevin Sullivan

“My favorite part about teaching surf lessons is the initial push, when the student looks back at you with the biggest smile on their face. Allowing others to feel the power of surfing is the best job in my book!”
