What are you waiting for?
SAFETY FIRST
We take surfing seriously, and we take giving instruction seriously. As much as we want to see you advance to a higher skill level and benefit from our instruction, which you certainly will, our number one priority is your safety. We have taught enough students and had enough surfing experience to know what our students can safely handle and still experience many of the thrills surfing has to offer.
Kevin and his team realize there is always a danger of being hooked on the sport, which can be hard on you if your home town is several thousand miles from the nearest surf.
OUR METHODS
ALL AGES
If it is your first time out, Kevin and his team will have you standing up on the board in no time. A beginner surfer can enjoy the sport at any age. If we feel your child is too small to surf alone, we’re happy to have an instructor ride tandem with them.
SAFETY
Our lessons start with a 15-30 minute land lesson where you’re taught the proper techniques of surfing from paddling to catching your first wave. Before heading out, our certified and knowledgeable surf instructors will give you a safety briefing.
ALL INCLUSIVE
Your private lesson comes with a surfboard, all the necessary apparel including surf shoes and a rash guard, as well as the expertise from one of our professional surf instructors. We also have a photographer on the beach to capture your Maui morning!
FUN
We’ve found that by having a private instructor, our students receive a more hands-on approach to learning how to surf. With individualize coaching, our students always leave stoked! We surf at beginner breaks that are friendly for the novice surfer. Don’t forget to throw up the shaka!
